Jitter Questions- Need help to make a happy(smooth) patch

Hello there Max/Msp/Jitter community,

I have been working with max/msp and jitter for a while, and learn most of it by watching and reading tutorials.
I am pretty happy with the possibilities of max/msp when it comes to multimedia and sound work. My patches so far do the stuff I expect from them. However like in every software there are better ways to achieve stuff;like, making things run smoothly, using less CPU and having a better control over the system.
I was wondering if you guys can have a look at my patch and give me feedback and recommendations to build or transform it into a better system. My main concern is a smooth playback.
Main goal of my patch is to jump between frames in a sequence to create basic rhythms.
I thought of Martin Arnolds' Cineseizure series while creating the patch;
