I am in a two-piece band and I play bass synth with one hand, keys with the other. My drummer has a kick trigger and we want to set up M4L so that when he kicks it will also trigger the bass note which I have selected. We have previously done this with a simple audio gate but it does not work very well, I'd rather do it via MIDI. It would look like this:

Kick Trigger's Note C-2 > C-2 Triggers Bang > Bang Triggers any note I am holding down on Bass (except C-2) > Note Outputs Final Midi message for instrument.

Ideally this can all be done on one Midi Channel it would just have one note ignored for the "bang" trigger.

Any help would be awesome, I don't know MAX that well and I don't want to try and learn it all just to do this one task!!!
