I have 4 Korg NanoKontrols (v1) plugged into my Macbook thru a hub.  Whenever I restart Max, I have to unplug/re-insert the USB cable on each NanoKontrol before Max will receive any input from them.  

- [midiinfo] lists all four NanoKontrols immediately after I restart Max.  But they don't show up in "Midi Setup" or "MIDItester." 

- Unplugging/replugging the cable of the hub itself into the Macbook usually doesn't work.  (Although I just tried it again, and *3* of them were recognized.   And they showed up in "Midi Setup", but NOT "MIDItester".   Until I unplugged/replugged them individually.)

- I've tried bypassing the hub, and plugging one NanoKontrol directly into one of the ports on the Macbook.  But I still get the same result, so it must not be the hub's fault.

Has anyone else experienced this?  I've been using this same hardware setup for years, and haven't had to go thru this procedure until recently (like maybe since the latest Max update?).

(I also use an Akai LPK25 keyboard, and it works fine immediately after restarting Max, w/o having to unplug/replug the cable.)
