Loading m4l convolution reverb IRs in Max

Hi,
I would like to use max for live convolution verb in a max patch but I can't find a way for it to load the IR's. I tried puting Ableton pack folder in my Max file path, then I tried copying the Live pack content in a new folder with same name in my Max file path, but nothing works. It seem seems the device is referencing itself with live api ( e.g. "this device" message), and I feel it could be too tricky for me but I am gonna try... Maybe someone here already did this ?
