Looking for CHORD values in MIDI or a CHORD value generator

I was surprised to find I was unable to pinpoint MIDI CHORD VALUES for incorporating into a patch. At first I didn't think it was possible because as they say MIDI is a serial protocol. Then I saw the help file where a message box was attached to a special KSLIDER saying, "chord 60 64 64 64 67 64 71 64". I was happy to be able to send this chord to my external MIDI controlled modular synth, which was in arpeggiator mode. Can anyone tell me how to obtain MIDI CHORD VALUES?

you can format and transform numbers, characters and strings as you wish, but it wont make them "midi chords", beause those do not exist by definition.

In MIDI terms a Chord is several notes played so the start is unique (as close together as possible) and so is the note off for each note.
