Making a visualizer for Ableton Live

I was wondering what kind of preparations that I would need in order to achieve an idea I have.
It would be very helpful if you guys can point me to what I would need in terms of setting up what I am thinking of.

There is an audio visualizer that youtube music channels use, where the circular analyzer reacts to the music and shows visually appealing effects.

I would love to implement this visualizer into Ableton as a pop-up visualizer and not be showing in the effects track itself.

What kind of preparations would I need in order for me to make this a reality?

This is the visualizer, but I would like to have this floating around the project and react to the music.
