I am having a strange problem, after the update to the newer version, I cleaned up everything (preferences and whatever into the system) and installed the two version of max.

With big surprise when I try to run the 32bit version It does not load, it pops up a strange message: "insufficient system resources to complete the requested service".

The thing that makes me sick is that the 64bit version load and works perfectly, but since I use a lot the jitter I am really f***ed up right now.

Anyone had the same problem and solved it, any suggestion would be really appreciated.

PS: Contacted support as well... but still no answer

The good news is that is certainly is able to run on win 8.1, the bad news is i have no idea about that message. Have you tried re-installing? wont take long if its a fresh install, and may be worth a try?
