Max crashing with any video patch: zgetfn error

Hi everyone ! I've been making some cleaning in my folders and I think I've done something wrong !! Now Max is crashing when I open any patch containing video or something related with pictures. No problem with patches related to sound...
When opening a blank patch the monitor gives me this error message : check failed: zgetfn (notify): corrupt object"
and the software crashes immediately.
I've tried uninstalling max and installing a new one, but it does not change anything. I've been looking in the forum for explanations. I found a topic that says that the problem comes from jsqlite.mxo or sqlite.mxo that have to be present in the extensions folder of Max. I looked into these folders and the files are ther. Does anyone know how to get rid of this problem ???

cleaning ?
what exctly did you remove ?
Maybe you could delete database files and let max rebuild them.

And what should I do to delete database files ?

delete them from your user folder.
As you don't mention which OS you use, it is different for mac and win.
Cycling' 74 folder inside of either User/Library/Application Support etc on Mac, or equivalent in user folder on windows
