im finally wanting to start making m4l devices on my m1 mac using live 11 suite. the bundled version of max is still on 8.5 so im trying to have live use the standalone version of the app, which is the most recent max version. so yeah i specified that version of max in live settings like ur supposed to, restarted live, but now i get the max devices say the selected max app couldnt be loaded, and clicking learn more basically tells me the only reason for this error occurs when installing live for the first time but thats not my case cuz ive had live on this mac for years.
