Max Midi Effect - Control a hardware-Synth

Hi everyone!

To begin with:
I have a synth (Pro 800, if info is necessary) and I'd like to use a control surface for it in ableton (and also a novation midi controller).

The first simple goal:
Control the Filter-CutOff

What's been done so far:
First of, I read some of the documentation and took a look into some videos showing basic stuff.
Now I'd like to test/ try it.

• Created a Knob (probably need the output "parameter raw value")

• Created two number boxes

  • 187 for msb/lsb (not quite sure, I have yet to understand it)

  • 87 for cc-value

• Create a pak (Question: How do I add an argument/ inlet?)

I had another approach, recently.
But it did not work since, I haven't been using the msb/lsb number. And the synth showed some values changing but no real audible changes. At least I've got something. :-)

I hope you can help me out here and enlighten me.

Update:
I came a bit clser, but I'm still wondering, what's wring.
The cc-value on the synth is changing by 1.
