I just start to discover Max msp and the 'endless' possibilities within it.

Is about one year that I'm using modular synth and I would like to combine the two.

my next add to my rack will be the Expert Sleepers ES-8 to fully integrate between max and my system.

I was wondering about other modules - is it 'better' to have an analogue osc then to have one in max ? 

is it better to make cv duties such envelopes, lfos, clocks within max and send them out to my system or is it better to have those within my eurorack and to use max more for audio processing ?

i would say depends on your preference. You could build patches in Max to save money on modules and the size of your eurorack (you could probably stick w/ only 6U doing the hybrid) but ultimately it comes down to what you want to do & what makes the most sense to your ears.
