Max to arduino via UDP (adafruit feather M0 wifi)
Evening all,
Currently trying to send some simple data out of max wirelessly using udpsend, to my adafruit feather m0 wifi board. Now sending data from the microcontroller into max via osc is flawless, but for some reason the examples given to receive data into the controller do not work correctly.
the one example that semi works is the "WiFi UDP Send and Receive String" in the wifi101 examples. If I send a word out of max using this code, I receive that word no problem. However, when sending an integer out, the script prints "int", and if I send 2 integers it prints "list". It seems like it is receiving the values, but it is not able to actually tell me what those values are.
Is there something I need to add in either the max patch or the arduino script to make it read correctly? Arduino code is printed below, and the max patch is literally just banging a integer/integer list into a udpsend.
