MIDI CC Mixer to One Midi CC source

Hello there,

I am searching a device or patch that could help me to mix up to four midi cc modulation parameters and then send it to one source. Ideally for max4live. I could not find anything only devices that let you send one midi cc to multiple sources but not the other way round.

Would be very thankful for your help!
