I' ve assigned a knob of my MIDI controller (by max 8 midi assign shortcut) to a number box and set min to 100 and max 1000, but when i move the potentiometer the values automatically reset to 100-127.

Did you set the min/max to the number box or to the mapping? You have to set the mapping min/max, and leave the number box min max empty or the same (100-1000).

I set in the inspector, but then i figured out the mappings section and now everything's working fine.
