MIDI file player with sync

Hi,
I've been struggling to make a simple (well, does "simple" really exist in max...) midi loop player with a proper midi sync.
I mean I need to take several midi files (loops) and being able to read them synchronized on a tempo.
if we could drag and drop midi files the way you can drag and drop audio files in max7 (with a small graphic representation) that would be lovely.
something like midi clips in ableton, but IN max.
that's a feature request, if someone from cycling74 is reading this !
