I am trying to do send midi in and out of Reaper to and from Max. I am on a Windows machine. I know I have to use ReWire but I am new to the procedure. I am not getting any midi out option when I select the ad_rewire option in the audio status. This makes me think that there is something wrong with the driver. Maybe I need to download a new version? (I could not find it). Is this possible? Was I wrong in assuming that Max and REaper could communicate easily?
