I want to align ( or snap )  single / multiple midi tracks (track X) to notes in a single midi track ( track 1 ).

Something like quantizing to another midi rhythm ( instead of quantizing to the beat etc ) 

I have a sender device for track 1 which sends: 

Idk but maybe my brain can't compute how to create the receiver device ( i.e. the track I want to snap my midi notes to track 1 ) 

Does anyone have any ideas / advice / is this possible / better way?
