mira.mt.touch finger output control

Hey guys so I am using mira.web with an android( if thats important). What I am trying to do is using the touch output from the mira.multitouch to toggle on and off a groove object. The strange thing is that once pressed the signal always refreshes the loop if I move my finger. But this issue only occurs on the right part of the mira.multitouch. The left one works as intended. In other words once the X position of touch passes >0.500 the problem occurs.

I want to be able to start the loop with a touch and by holding and draggin my finger on the tablet to change the pitch(the pitch part I have figured out). If anyone has any ideas I would gladly aprreciate it.
