I'm quite new to Max, and I'm in the processing of building a 16-channel speaker array.

I'm trying to figure out a way to have a global pan control so I can load in a mono audio source and essentially pan it in the azimuth plane along the speaker array. I've tried to implement Steven Miller's 8-channel panner (

At the moment I have a file load in, and then the output from that goes to the 16 volume sliders, and then the dac~ 1-16.
