Please forgive the basicness of this question, but I was wondering if anyone could help? I'm sending MIDI CC information from MAX to an Elektron Machinedrum. However, it does not always seem to respond to CC commands. Also, I am unable to, on occasion, stop the pattern from playing. I've tried the usual stop commands, but I'm unable to get a response. I don't seem to have this problem with a Roland device I am using. 

I mean to say that the pattern has stopped playing in MAX, but continues on the Machinedrum.

I was unsure whether to post this question here or on the Elektron forum, but if anyone was able to offer any help it would be much appreciated.
