noteout object to Additive Heaven not responsive
Hi all,
I have a beginner's patch where i'd like to play Additive Heaven via kslider, but the noteout object doesn't send any messages to it even though i checked it by double clicking on the object itself to see that the notes should be going to AH. Please advise on what workarounds for this.
What is that Audittive Heaven ?
And where does one set it to receive Midi Input ?

'Additive Heaven' is a plug-in (M4L) included with Max. When used in a patch, it's listed as destination port of [noteout]. But in my experience that doesn't work. So I think you need an explicit connection.
that is soooo great that it appears as output port, i dont even mind that it doesnt work.
Strangely enough the port also appears in MIDI Setup but is not available for other applications (Mac, Max7).
