I wonder, does anyone use max to create a standalone and then translate it to a smart phone App?

I would like to make an android and Iphone app. However, I really like using Max, as objects and cords just seem to work very well for my brain.

Is there a program you guys use that you can recommend that is similar to max/msp or maybe a translation tutorial?
