Package manager problem

Yoann's icon

Hi,
I'm working on a project in Ukraine and the package manager tells me there is no internet connection, but I am connected.
I need to install Link package.

Is there a download link?
If not, can someone send the package (for mac & windows)

Thanks

Invention of Package Manager is most stupid and silly thing since
invention of max back in 80's.
It is probably not Your internet connection, but
the server serving packages which is out of it's brains.
I would send You the package, but i don't use Live
so I don't have the link package.
Hopefully someone else would send it to You.

I'm having the same problem, I have a connection but it's saying there is no connection. Is the package manager server down?

There was a server issue that I believe is now resolved.

Should be back up now.

Package manager still not working. Same error as before.
I am in Korea.
Tried using a VPN -Japan - USA - nothing.
Tried every version of Max dating back 2 years.

Is this something to do with Big Sur?

Is there a place to download gl3 other than package manager.

Update.
Installed Monterey Beta.
Package manager working!

It must have been a problem with Big Sur.
