panner swapping L/R channels
Any known device that can apply panning by swapping L/R channels?

The help files should, uh... help. Also the reference files for the messages objects can receive and what they do. There are panning patches in the example files, though I think they take into account pan laws. If you're not worried about those, you could probably simplify the patches, adapt them to your needs. If you just want to swap left and right you could use switches or gates. Lots of ways to do things.

yes, you need 2 gate objects, and always look at object helpfiles.
using 2 gates or 2 switches is simply taking too many objects.
