Please help, lost all my RNBO progress
So I was working on a workstation for my thesis and on RNBO been doing it this whole semester.
Today my max crashed, I was thinking it wouldn't be a problem since it happened to me quite often. As I went to open it asked if I wanted to recover my work, I clicked yes. As it opened all my RNBO progress was gone. Only remaining the max patch which included the RNBO patch which now as 0 progress on it. I have somewhat early files of this project but I would still have to redo a lot of work.
One thing to state is that I am a week late on my monthly payment but I was also paying for normal max monthly and it still lets me save things.
Please help, I have my thesis presentation in less than a month.

other people might know where RNBO stores some kind of backup files, but i'd suggest shooting a parallel conversation in email to support for the subscription-based info you mentioned, maybe they have further advice: support@...

I've sent an email and will be waiting for the response
It was to do with an earlier version of max, from 8.6.3 and up it should be fixed
from now on you will make manual backups of important data, and it should be fixed.
