I'm pondering the opportunity to create a M4L Device that allows me to use Live in a more DJing tool oriented manner.
One of the first thing I'd like to be able to do is to use this Device to load and read .als file but cannot find any reference if it's possible. At the very minimum I'd like to be able to load a .als file and add it to the current session.
Even better I'd like to be able to read some parameters of this file (tempo, number of tracks, etc.) and act accordingly.
Any idea?
