Programmable motorised optical zoom 4k video camera - Raspberry Pi/Ariduino and RNBO or other solution?
Hi,
I've been searching for a 4k video camera with programmable motorised optical zoom.
I would like to be able to have the optical zoom move between setting X and setting Y in time Z
-maybe zoom acceleration rate and exponential curve but not essential.
I don't know how good the video quality would be but found this
https://docs.arducam.com/Nvidia-Jetson-Camera/Introduction-to-Arducam-Jetson-Cameras/
Seeing as this seems to be a combination of Raspberry Pi and Arduino hardware, would it be possible, with RNBO to send code to the Pi&Arduino hardware so that I can take the camera out without having to have a Macbook/Max with me and have some kind of way of changing the zoom change rate from the device itself?
I have, so far, thought of a keypad, knob/lever/fader connected to the device but any other suggestions would be welcomed.
I had initially assumed that I would have to learn code for both Pi and Arduino but I am thinking that it would save me a great deal of time if I could stick with Max/RNBO.
Im not sure I'm being as clear as I could here but hope folk get the gist
Any info about any alternatives to the above would also be handy
Thanks
