Is there a way to stream to an external audio device using RTP directly from Max on a Mac?

One theoretical option is to route the signal from Max through Soundflower to VLC and use the Stream from a "Capture Device" option there. (I say "theoretical" since I haven't gotten this working yet.... I can stream a file directly from VLC to the device - but I can't use it to Capture and Stream in "real time" for some reason.)

Turns out that the VLC throughput option doesn't work, since it appears to only support "capturing" 2-channel audio and I need to send 6 channels..

So, the hope is that Max can stream directly somehow...
