Hey there. Don't know if you are still interested in this 2 years later, but I have used SCP. I'm currently working on a Max application that translates OSC into SCP messages. Unfortunately it is not available on M1 because it uses the sadam external for the TCP communication, and sadam has not been recompiled for M1. Regardless, I'll be making it public on github soon for any of the non-M1 users.
