Is there some way to set attributes of objects inside a bpatcher using the object's scripting name?

I'm trying to toggle the presentation attribute of a specific object in a bpatcher without adding another inlet to send it a message directly, and hoping there is some way to simply send a message to the bpatcher, targeting the object inside it to toggle it.
