simple CC sender with ranges and labels

Hi peeps,

I am new to this forum, but not to LIVE and M4L.
But I haven't created a device so far.
I need something which is probably VERY easy to do. I would be super thankful for any help where to start.

I have an ottobit jr. pedal from meris. I would like to control the sequencer via an M4L Device.
I would need 6 controls which are exactly the same except the CC Number.
The CC controls who many semitones the sequencer step varies. Now I would love to have a visual feedback relating to the values.

It looks like this:
CC    Step1
22
Label    VAL
Off    0
-12    1-12
-11    13-16
-10    17-20
-9    21-24
-8    25-28
-7    29-32
-6    33-36
-5    37-40
-4    41-45
-3    46-49
-2    50-53
-1    54-57
0    58-74
1    74-77
2    78-82
3    83-86
4    87-90
5    91-94
6    95-98
7    99-102
8    103-106
9    107-110
10    111-114
11    115-118
12    119-126
MUTE    127

Is anyone here willing to help me out where to start?

Thank you very much!

For clarification: I listed this under "jobs" because if somebody is willing to help me out, I would pay, of course. We would agree on a budget before hand.

You sure you want to hire for this? That sounds like a good beginner task to make your first device. You can probably get some help for free on this forum.

For the value displaying part an embedded coll object with 128 entries could help to make a clean solution.

Hi 11Olsen, thanks for your reply. Well, I have so many other topics to work on, that's why I thought it would be something easy to outsource. especially for someone experienced it should be a 15mins job. Of course I would take it for free as well, but I also want to point out that I am willing to value even a 15mins work.

my problem is, I would have really to dig in and find out about how to route midi which objects, it also should respond to incoming midi events on the referring CC etc, etc, etc.....
