Is there something like these available for Max/MSP? I mean a program that can execute max patches inside my Android or IOS mobile telephone/tablet.

Not as of yet (or maybe ever) for a variety of reasons.

The closest thing to such a thing would be mira i guess. But i realize it s not really that close.
