after many years am still using fiddle~ and need to set it up on a friend's machine.

it seems Max 8 can only recognize fiddle~ if it gets into the Package Manager — and I haven’t been able to find where it comes from so I can add it . Any info about this? (I’ll contact Cycling’74.)

My version of fiddle~ has a bug, it dies after a few minutes, and restarting it makes an ugly sound in the audio.
