hi, i'm making a tap delay using the timer object. 

I have a problem with the patch. I noticed that the timer continues to calculate the time span between two bangs even after sending the 8 bangs needed to make the tap delay work. so every time I want to create a new pattern, the first repetition has the duration of the time span that elapses from the last bang sent (the last of the previously created pattern) and the first of the new pattern (we are talking about a very long time span wide, it depends on how long I play before changing patterns). is there a way to make the timer reset, after it received the 8 bangs, and start counting only after sending a new bang? I hope I explained the problem clearly enough.
