I got this "There was a problem connecting to the server 127.0.0.1" message warning immediately when launching the Max application.

I was suspecting Google Drive, but reinstalling it does not solve the problem, nor reinstalling Max.

I throw away all my file preferences, packages and libraries but the problem persists !

Which preferences, database, caches, ... files that can be suspected ? 

Does anyone has already encounter the same issue ?
