I have this patch. It's kind of a mess but I'm really into the sounds it's making. I want to have 8 layers of it (both 'low' and 'high' sections, left and right parts of the patch), that I can control gain with a NanoKontrol, and control routing with a Launchpad.

No problems routing the MIDI for the NanoKontrol, but I'm confused by how to go about controlling a master [matrixctrl~] with the Launchpad. I struggle working/thinking with grids. Any pointers to get me going? I've looked at a few Launchpad utility packages but I'm still stuck. I'm thinking I have two options:

•Build a Max for Live device, and have 8 iterations, and have a master [matrixctrl~] in Ableton somewhere. How would I do that?

Any help would be appreciated. I've not worked with a Launchpad/grid controllers at all, and only limited experience of building Max for Live devices.
