I'm a beginner in Max for Live. I wanted to ask you if it would be possible to control the parameters of the Operator synthesizer through Max for Live.

Of course, there is the MIDI mapping which is already available with cmd + M, without using Max. But for some other parameters like the design of the partials for each oscillator, we can only use the mouse of the computer.

Is it possible to access this parameter through the API of Live and control it with a controler (tactile)?

This is quite possible. You can control (almost) every Operator parameter via the API...

As Kleine says, most everything is available through the API, but the amplitude of individual partials does not seem to be one of them unfortunately.
