Hi people! Do you know if there is any way to figure out whether data output from a Live UI object (for example live.numbox) is coming from Ableton automation or from the user (mouse and/or keyboard)? I was hoping Live UI objects would have a "being controlled by automation"-status output (when the red dot appears), but I can't find this anywhere. A workaround for separating mouse input from automation is easy (using [hover] and [mousestate] but what then remains is being able to distinguish between automation and keyboard input (directly typing in the [live.numbox]). I would help a bit if the [key] object would still output key presses like and but as soon as the Live UI object has focus [key] is overridden and won't output until the Live UI object doesn't have focus anymore.

I feel like my only option right now is using an extra live.numbox object, just for automation, and use the original live.numbox object for user input (mouse + keyboard), so I can clearly distinguish between the two. But I don't like this solution as it would make my UI less user-friendly.
