Is it possible to access and change the data values used to define the breakpoint function used in the automation lanes in Live?

From what I have seen you can get an audio rate control signal from Live automation to a Max for Live object, or use a Max for Live object to perform automation on whatever device property. But that's not what I want to do.

I would like to be able to draw/edit the values of the breakpoint function used in the arrangement view of Live automation using a Max for Live object.
