Scons Rate

I'm working on a Winodows 10 PC and using Max 6.1.

I'd like to use Spout to communicate between Max 6 and Processing.

I'm trying to add Spout external, downloaded from this link, 

https://github.com/leadedge/Spout2/tree/master/MAX/JITTER.

I copy the two .mxe64 in th following folder: C:\Program Files\Cycling '74\Max6.1\Cycling'74\jitter-externals

Bue when I open Max 6.1 I can't see, and so use, the Spout external.

Someone has encountered the same problem?
