I have been working on a project where I use an XY Slider to control panning in a quadraphonic system. On the left of the patch, you see a quad panning system designed so that on fader is front and back, and one is left right. I want a light by each speaker to have an intensity that correlates to the amount of signal that is present in each speaker.

I have it close, but as you can see, there is always 2 lights on since it;’s set up as front back and then left right. Any math gurus out there have ideas on how to translate this into a value for each intensity of the lights.
