The overall idea is to record/tap in a 2 bar rhythmic pattern and add it to a master loop/array that loops all of the added patterns sequentially.

I have found help from the forums for recording and playing back a rhythm from this post:

 using JKO's method. The problem now is when adding the patterns to a master array. I'm trying to assign an index to every pattern. (Every beat/note in the pattern has the same index). So every time you add a new pattern to the main loop, the index increments up by 1.

I'm packing this data up and need to use zl rev, which puts the index as the 1st value so they are ordered correctly in the main loop coll object. When adding however, it only adds one entry/note to the main loop coll object (I'm using uzi to send as many bangs as the length of the recorded loop). Same happens if I skip zl rev and swap the inputs of the pack so that the index comes 1st.

This might be something simple/specific about the coll object that I don't understand.

And perhaps there are better ways to achieve my overall idea, any help is appreciated!
