I am using Maxuino with my arduino uno to program a set of LED lamps to light on and off progressively so as to create a medical exercise based on coherent breathing (to be short you breath in as the light goes up for 5 seconds, and breath out 5 seconds as the light dims).

So far the patch we designed works very well and I am very satisfied with the results, but I can't find a way to upload this patch on the arduino.

I have uploaded my patch. Do not take into account the color part of it, we do not use it for the moment as our leds aren't RGBs...

I must say I am a very beginner with all that, so any form of advice is welcomed, especially regarding the feasibility of all this.
