I am trying to teach myself about physical modeling synthesis following this paper on the ccrma site:

I build the following string-ish model aiming at making something like a 12 string. One waveguide for a bass string and one for a treble string.

the problem is the model blows up into feedback if i crank the decay past .5 or so. (depending on the other params)

I think i'm running into trouble while trying to use the scattering junction idea. whenever i build a model where there is a junction that calculates the behavior of an impedance mismatch between two waveguides i end up with this problem.

It would be fantastic to have someone familiar with this kind of synthesis take a look at my code to see what I'm doing wrong.
