I need to create a M4L MIDI Tool that triggers a MIDI note just by Turning a Knob.

the Knob is At 0. When i turn the Knob to lets say 15,

i need the Tool to trigger a MIDI Note 15 times (and vice versa) ! !!

It would be very nice if someone could point me in a direction how to accomplish that Tool !!??
