Hi, I've never used MAX/MSP before but I'm familiar with programming and am finding it fun to mess around with. I'm trying to modify a device that transposes tracks so that it only transposes MIDI pitches above 20 - this is to allow me to use keyswitches for different articulations while still being able to transpose the rest of the track.

So far I've come up with this, but if you notice, every value seems to be true and nothing is going to false, despite being out of the range of split. 

I have no idea what I'm doing wrong at this point so any help would be appreciated, thanks.

Anyone able to help? I think my thread was buried due to verification for a first time post taking a while.

It's easier to help with patches if you use "copy compressed" in Max with objects selected, then paste in the forum. 

From the image, I would start by removing the comma beside the 20 in the select object arguments.

Hi, thanks a lot for your help! I feel like a total idiot now because removing the comma made it work, although I swear it didn't yesterday when I tried :D  Will remember to copy and paste the compressed patch next time, and thanks again!
