Max 7.3.5 doesn't see My Live Cam Chat HD USB camera on my MacBook Pro (2011, running 10.13.4 High Sierra).

However I just tested the camera in Max 6.1.7 on the same Macbook, and it *does* work there! Any suggestions on how to make it work in Max 7?

BTW, I also tested on my 2017 MacBook, and it works fine there in Max 7.3.5.

For reasons too silly to explain, I need to use the older Mac to run video in this circumstance.

without knowing more, I would say try launching in 32 bit mode and using jit.grab @engine qt
