Hello, I just loaded Max 7 onto my studio computer and get the above error message. I am stuck with this version of the MacOS because of Audio interface constraints. What do I lose by not having this package loaded (I assume it only affects Jitter) and is there any alternative or older DLL I could load instead?

without knowing your OS, i can only guess. assuming you are on Mac 10.8, you can safely ignore this warning and use the default AVF video engine. the only missing functionality will be the jit.movie~ object.
