I'm really interested in the idea of feedback, and I've watched a lot of videos, tutorials and patches about it. However, I can't imagine how is this effect done. Does anyone have a clue?

Thanks!!

It's a camera, probably USB, facing the screen displaying the image from this camera.

feedback is one of the most fun and rewarding techniques to explore in both sound and video processing. at it's most basic you are feeding the output back into the input, and scaling both by sum value, and adding them together. from there you can go wild. here's a classic video feedback setup that you can start to explore with.

Max Patch
Copy patch and select New From Clipboard in Max.

I will start experimenting with it, thanks for sharing.
