4 years late but there's a nice wave selector bpatcher in the record~ help file!

loaded into it as image files(checking out the live.tab helpfile, these included graphics are nice, too: highcut.svg lowcut.svg bandpass.svg notch.svg bell.svg lowshelf.svg highshelf.svg).
